2. The whole of this site is written in English, including the sales process

3. To Purchase Our Products

3.1 Once you have browsed through the products on our web site, just click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the "shopping cart". After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to process the order.

3.2 Once you have started an order, you can amend it at any time by clicking on "Amend Order". Once you have clicked on "Confirm Purchase", you are committed to the sale. However, if you click on "Account" in the top right corner of the home page (and most other pages on the site), a history of your purchases will be listed. Your most recent purchase may have a "Delete" button next to it. If this is the case then you will be able to delete your order by clicking on it. You then can abandon the order, or start the order again. If this option is not available, you may contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" button and ask for the changes to the order to be made. We cannot guarantee that changes will be made once "Confirm Purchase" has been clicked, but we will do our best. In any case, you are entitled to return your products within 7 working days of receiving them (reference point 5 below)

3.3 You can purchase on line using Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo cards as well as the Pay-Pal service. You may also purchase by telephone by calling 01279 817674 or by post, to:

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery rates apply to UK mainland locations only. Please contact us for offshore UK delivery rates. Please note that all monetary values quoted in this section do not include VAT.

6.2 Unless you specify the express service, the usual 4 working day service will be assumed, at the cost of £8.00 per order (if the order total before VAT is £250 or less). Delivery will be made within 4 working days, subject to credit checks and unforeseen delays.

6.3 The express service, which costs £12.00 per order (if the order total before VAT is £250 or less) will generally result in an order being received by the customer by the following working day, subject to credit checks and unforeseen delays. Express delivery orders made after 2.30pm will probably be received by the customer within 2 working days of the order placement. If a delivery cannot be completed because no-one is available to receive the product(s), the despatch company will attempt re-delivery and will leave a card at the premises with a contact telephone number enabling the customer to check delivery progress.

6.4 Orders over £250 (before VAT is added) will be delivered free of charge regardless of whether express or regular delivery has been selected.

6.5 Delivery Attempts: we will attempt to delivery your goods on three occasions. After the third occasion your product will be returned to us and we will contact you in order to attempt a re-delivery. The cost of redelivery will be as above (£8.00 for standard, £12.00 for express) plus an administration charge of £7.00

7. If your item is not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. We will offer you the choice of cancelling the order should you wish to.

8. VAT at UK rates is added to all orders.

11.4.4 Many websites use cookies, because they allow the website publisher to do useful things like find out whether the computer (and probably its user) has visited the site before. This is done on a repeat visit by checking to see, and finding, the cookie left there on the last visit.

11.4.5 Any information that is supplied by cookies can help us to provide you with a better service and assists us to analyse the profile of our visitors.
